Before booking opens
- Set up payouts with Stripe ConnectConnect a bank account through Stripe so TEAM Solutions can pay your rebate after the event. Here is what each status means.
- Add your planner reward accountsRecord your hotel loyalty planner accounts so points hotels agree to on your events can be credited after the event.
While booking is open
- Share your booking linkOnce your event is live, copy its booking link from the event page and share it with teams and families.
- Track pickup with the pickup reportSee rooms taken against your block by hotel, room type and division, plus the weekly pickup email and the low-pickup alert.
- Hold rooms for a team with a room blockSet aside rooms for a team on the Room Blocks tab and share the block's link. Unclaimed rooms go back to general booking at the block's cutoff.
- Place staff and comp roomsUse the comp rooms your hotels' contracts earn to house staff and officials, placed from the Staff Rooms page.
- What families can do on their ownFamilies and coaches book, change, cancel and look up their own reservations. Here is what to tell them and where to send them.
