How it works
From your venues to your booking page
Step 1: Tell us about your event and your hotels
Send us your dates, your venues and how many rooms you need. Name the hotels you already work with, and our team invites them to send rates too.
Step 2: We negotiate and sign
We send a request for proposals (RFP) to hotels near your venues and negotiate the rates. TEAM Solutions signs the hotel agreements, with your organization named on them.
Step 3: Families book, and you watch pickup
Families pick from hotels sorted by distance to the venue. You see pickup (the rooms booked) by hotel, and by division if your event has divisions. Every Monday while your event is live, a pickup report goes to your organization’s primary contact.
