- What you pay now and at the hotelAt booking you pay each room's first night, its lodging tax and a booking fee. The rest of your stay is paid to the hotel at check-in.
Manage your reservation
- Find and manage your reservationOpen your reservation from your confirmation email, or look it up with your confirmation number and email, to see details, receipts and options.
- Cancel a reservation and get a refundCancel online before your free-cancellation deadline for a full refund of what you paid at booking. Each room is cancelled on its own page.
- Change your datesMove your check-in or check-out online while free cancellation is still available. The hotel is told about the change automatically.
- Update a guest name, phone or rewards numberFix a guest's name, phone, occupants, rewards number or special requests online, until the evening before your check-in date.
