TEAM Solutions provides an event housing management platform that connects:
- Event Organizers seeking hotel accommodations for tournaments and events
- Hotels offering room blocks and group rates
- Attendees booking accommodations for events
Our Services include hotel sourcing, RFP management, contract facilitation, booking management, and payment processing.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
3.2 Account Types
- Event Organizer Accounts: For organizations hosting tournaments and events
- Hotel Accounts: For hospitality providers offering accommodations
- Attendee Accounts: For individuals booking accommodations
4. Booking and Payment Terms
4.1 Reservation Process
When you make a reservation through TEAM Solutions:
- You agree to pay the first night's room rate plus applicable fees at the time of booking
- Remaining room charges are paid directly to the hotel upon checkout
- All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated
4.2 Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy applies unless otherwise specified:
- 72+ hours before check-in: Full refund of the first night deposit
- Within 72 hours of check-in: First night deposit is forfeited
- No-show: First night deposit is forfeited
4.3 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- We collect applicable taxes as required by law
- Hotels receive payment via virtual cards issued through our platform
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
- Not use the Services to transmit harmful code or materials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
The TEAM Solutions platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by TEAM Solutions and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant TEAM Solutions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing the Services.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.
7.2 Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, hotels). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
7.3 Hotel Accommodations
TEAM Solutions facilitates connections between users and hotels but is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of accommodations. Hotels are independent entities responsible for their own services.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEAM SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TEAM Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
